The Three Levels of Personal Development
As you may remember from your Inner King Training Experience, we talked about the three levels of personal development:
• First level of personal development: You want what you want when you want it, and your priority is to get it. You're willing to debase yourself and others to get what you want.
The First level is where most men live their lives before they experience some sort of potent initiatory event or training.
• Second level of personal development: You've had an experience that introduced you to your emotional intelligence (EQ), and now your priority is to be congruent with those emotions. If you're angry, you want to be clear about that anger. If sad, you want to allow that sadness. And so on.
The second level is where most men live their lives before they come to the Inner King Training Experience.
• Third level of personal development: On the third level, you are committed to truly living your life in your Blessing Kingship.
At the third level, you think of anger, fear, sadness and shame as roadsigns that reveal the places in you which are ready to experience a new love.
Rather than focusing on being congruent with feelings of upset, the third-level King uses upsets to point himself back to living in blessing.
The third-level King experientially understands that a life of joy and ease is his sovereign choice in every area of life, and that love and blessings are actually what flow naturally through him into the world.

A Life-Changing Experience in an Amazing Location
The 42nd Inner King Training Experience will take place January 29 – February 1, 2015, at Sunrise Ranch outside of Loveland, Colorado (Fly into Denver).
Located in the gorgeous Colorado countryside, Sunrise Ranch has been referred to as a "womb with a view", because of the nurturing atmosphere that permeates the place.
The intensity of the Inner King Training Experience is balanced and enhanced by the backdrop of this peaceful valley, nestled in the foothills of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. (You may even want to come early or stay a few days afterwards to enjoy all the beauty this area has to offer.)

Having the Experience for Yourself
By now you are probably wondering what all this costs. Actually, you need to know that you may not be eligible to come to the Inner King Training Experience at this time.
The Inner King Training Experience is an advanced workshop. During this experience you'll delve deeply into issues of leadership, and honestly face deep, core shadows -- even your own death.
Of course, you'll also experience intense joy. ("An enhanced ability to feel joy" is one of the main benefits that men tell us they get from the experience.) But the path to it can be intense.
So before you sign up, please ask yourself, "Am I ready for a life-changing initiatory experience? Have I done my 'pre-work?'" If you have not had some experience with intense personal process work, this is not the training for you at this time.

What It Costs

Tuition for the four-day Inner King Training is $1095. (That's about the same price, per activity hour, as the New Warrior Training.)
We believe that a man on a Kingly path should be "treated like a King." Therefore, men who come to the Inner King Training Experience enjoy amenities like bedrooms with soft beds, and plenty of delicious, home-made, mostly organic food. Sunrise Ranch charges us for that, so there's a "room and board" cost of $395 for a single room (limited availability), or $325 for a double room per man. That makes the total cost for the training $1490 for a single room, or $1420 for a double room. And, of course, the Inner King Training Experience is completely guaranteed (less room and board). Training Leaders
The Inner King Training Experience is led by Tom Daly PhD, and Dmitri Bilgere.
Tom Daly, PhD, has more than 35 years' experience as a leader and ritual initiator. He is the creator of the "Shadow Dance," a unique, joyous and fun way of getting the power from your shadows. An Inner King Training Experience Co-founder, he has been running it since 1992.

Dmitri Bilgere is co-founder of Shadow Work Seminars, and has been running deep process work since 1989. The author of "Gateways to God" and "Beyond the Blame Game: Creating Compassion and Ending the Sex War in Your Life," he has been leading the Inner King Training since 1994.
These two men, along with a staff made up of previous graduates of the workshop, will be your guides through this initiatory experience.
